Wayne joined Dennison
Manufacturing Company in 1973 as a Sales Representative. He
serviced the South Texas marketplace. He became a Fastener
Division Specialist in 1974, supervising six salesmen in the
Southwestern US.
In 1977, he joined Tyton Corporation as Southern Regional
Manager. Wayne supervised all O.E.M. and Distributor
sales/service for a twelve-state area.
In 1979, Wayne Joined Ark-Les
Corporation as Western Regional Manager for both the switch
& terminal divisions covering eighteen states.
Responsibilities included O.E.M. and Distributor sales. Wayne
joined Gary Manufacturing in 1980 as Regional Manager for the
eight South Western States. Responsibilities included both O.E.M.
and distributor sales.
Completed Certified
Professional Manufacturer's Representative (CPMR) 1997. Wayne
joined AID Electronics, Inc. February 2, 1981 and became a
partner in September, 1988.

SHEREE COPELAND

Sheree joined AID Electronics
in 2000. She covers the Southeastern part of Texas and Southern
Louisiana. After being transferred from Alabama, she spent
two years with Kent Electronics. She was successful at selling
passives, connectors, power supplies and value added services
to the heavy industrial Houston market. Before moving to
Texas, Sheree enjoyed considerable success as a manufacturer's
representative servicing Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
She worked for Pinnacle Sales for three years. As a manufacturer's
representative she specialized in passive, electromechanical,
power and value added services. Starting her career in electronics,
in 1991, she was a buyer at both Bethco and Txport. She was
responsible for the purchasing of electronic components,
cable, cable assemblies, hardware and manufactured parts. |
TOM L. PRESSLY

Tom joined Tyton Corporation in
1979 as District Manager. His territory included Texas,
Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. In 1980, Tom joined Advanced
Components as an outside salesman, his territory included Texas,
Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Tom worked directly with engineering and
purchasing for evaluation and approval of electronic hardware
and fasteners. He worked both in the electronics and aircraft
industry. In 1983, Tom joined Southern Screw Corporation as
their local Representative. He was involved in setting up new
distributors and maintaining existing O.E.M. accounts. Tom
completed the Certified Manufacturer's Representative (CPMR) in
2000. Tom joined AID Electronics, Inc. January 2, 1985.

David was
V.P. of sales and operations at Holt Food Fare, Inc. for
17 years. He entered the electronics industry in 1995 with
Force Electronics, Inc., a member of the DAC Group. During
the three years David was with Force, he was their top dollar
producer. David was outside sales for Texas & Oklahoma
City working with engineering, designing in components on new
projects, as well as with purchasing to implement stocking
programs. David has attended and successfully completed extensive
training programs with Molex, Inc., Berg Electronics, Omron
and Panduit. David joined AID Electronics in 1998.

MICHELLE THOMPSON
Inside Sales
and Distribution
Michelle Joined AID Electronics in January 2008 as an inside sales and account representative. Her duties include; day to day interface with all direct customers and working with all of AID’s distributors. She also interfaces with all of AID’s principals with duties ranging from entering and tracking orders to resolving customer issues. Michelle has 16 years experience in the electronic distribution and representative industry. She spent several years at RSC Electronics. Her responsibilities included inside sales, purchasing and warehouse/inventory manager. She interfaced with both purchasing and engineering departments of the territorial customer base. Michelle also helped open the Dallas branch office of Radio Inc.. Her responsibilities included inside sales, office and warehouse/inventory manager. She held the top sales position for the entire time she was at RSC Electronics.

KRISTINA (KRISSY) O'BRIEN

and Distribution
Krissy started with AID Electronics in 1999, as a data entry administrator. She came to AID from the education sector. She has since established herself as part of AID’s inside sales team. Her experience with computers has allowed AID to use her talents to establish a customized contact manager, a lead database tracking system, a sample data base tracking system, and a quote data base tracking system. Besides her sales duties, Krissy is responsible for all of the marketing for AID Electronics. Along with the other inside sales staff, she has helped AID Electronics become a strong partner with the electronics distribution community.
